The features provided are:- Digital signature on storage packages- Time stamp on storage packages- Manual of responsible conservation- Search of stored documents,- Display of stored documents- Loading from the new document camera,- Load images from the gallery of new documents- Upload documents to Dropbox, GDrive, etc- Assignment of search indexes for each uploaded document- Sending email invoices stored to end customers- Showing awaiting conservation documents- Elimination of documents waiting to conservation- Managing your user profile- Purchase of additional documents packagesThe application allows you to log in via Google and Facebook as well as with their credentials. For new users the first 100 documents are free.
